    Justin, I like this simple activity because it can be scaled for large numbers quite easily and there is minimal interruption of the activity if ball goes astray.
    (Just keep an extra ball close…)

    I’m always looking for base drills and simple conditioning activities that allow me to expand physical demands and add technical skills variations.

    This is one of those drills…

      You can also easily vary the number in each group or modify the exercise, keeping the same general format, the way you see fit.
